We offer this furnished apartment in the Old-South neighbourhood close to the Beatrixpark. The apartment includes two bedrooms and a spacious balcony. 

LAYOUT 
Access to the apartment through the communal stairway, 4th floor with lift. Entrance to the bright and spacious living room on the front side of the apartment. The living room includes a large sofa, TV and a fireplace. Adjoining the living room the open kitchen and dining room is situated at the back. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and includes a cooking island. Adjacent to the dining room there is a terrace. The spacious master bedroom is also found adjacent to the dining room. It contains a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. From the master bedroom, the hall provides access to the second bedroom with large windows, and contains two twin beds and wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom situated in the hallway. It is modern including a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The entire apartment has modern finishes and a wooden floor. 

AREA
The neighbourhood is surrounded by a lot of greenery and is within walking distance to the Beatrixpark. All conveniences within the city are easily reachable. Within walking distance there are various shops and popular restaurants such as Bar Kaspar and the coffee company  as well as the Albert Heijn and the rustic bakery Le Pain Quotidien. The lively Musuemquarter and De Pijp neighbourhood are around the corner. Public transportation is excellent. The Zuidas, Schiphol airport and centre of Amsterdam can be reached within a short time.
