The center of Amsterdam is also at a very short distance. The tram stops almost in front of the door and there are many bus connections. The highways can easily be reached  via the Overtoom.

Through the common staircase you can reach the entrance on the second floor. On this floor is the spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. From the bedroom you can reach the balcony.

The living room is located at the front. At the rear you find  the fully equipped open kitchen. There is a second separate toilet.
