The public transport is excellent with lots of tram and bus connections.

LAYOUT
Entrance through the communal staircase on the the third floor. The living room is at the front with access to a French bacony overlooking the park. The open modern kitchen is at the back and has a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and Lavazza coffee machine. At the back there are French doors to the lovely balcony. The TV room has a desk and can be used to work from home as well. There’s a flat screen TV.
The bath room has a bath, separate shower and toilet. There’s also a storage room on the third floor.

The fourth floor has four bedrooms (two with double bed, and two with single beds) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the larger bedrooms has its own balcony of about 6 M2. At this floor, there’s also a washer and dryer in a separate room.
